The Aultman Family Medicine Residency Program, affiliated with Northeast Ohio Medical University (NEOMED), offers a comprehensive education emphasizing the management and treatment of common problems encountered by family physicians. An emphasis is placed on treating the whole patient, as well as their families, on an ongoing basis. The program offers a supportive environment with a well-rounded faculty. Throughout the residency, the importance of disease prevention is stressed. The ultimate goal is for residents to develop a solid knowledge base in academic and evidence-based medicine, along with the skills needed to be an outstanding community physician.
The Aultman Family Medicine Residency Program is committed to fulfilling the need for primary care physicians trained to practice in any setting. Our program is the ideal setting for the resident who desires broad based training coupled with a focus on treating patients and their families.
